How to use :

Peel away from the protective backing on the Non-Adhesive Silicone Inserts. On clean, dry, oil/lotion-free skin, position the Silicone Inserts on your breast and hold into place for a few seconds as body heat will help keep Silicone Inserts in place. If your body naturally runs cool, lightly dampen wet the Silicone Inserts, place on the center of your breast and hold for 10 seconds.
