Upon termination or suspension of the operation of the Club, all special offers for the Members shall cease and no Member shall claim against the Club or May's Co, May's Development Ltd. and May's Professional Beauty And Make-up School in connection with such termination or suspension.
  
  
• May's Co, May's Development Ltd. and May's Professional Beauty And Make-up School shall have absolute discretion and right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and may notify the Members of such amendments in any manner it considers fit.
